By teaming with Canada's leading freight carriers we are able to service customers in even the most rural destinations throughout the country.  From terminal pickups to residential deliveries we will put in our best effort to ensure that our customers receive the delivery service they have come to expect.

CALGARY WAREHOUSE PICK UP

Customers are more than welcome to pick up their orders from our Calgary, AB warehouse.  We are located at

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (we are closed all weekends and holidays). 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN PICKING UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE: 

1. We will help you load your steam shower when you come to pick it up; however, most pieces require 2 people to lift & move so be sure that you bring at least one person who is willing/able to physically assist.
2. If you would like to make a purchase or order pick up from our warehouse please be sure to contact us 1-2 days beforehand to avoid any unforseen issues.  We want to be sure that we can take care of you quickly and efficiently and this short notice is helpful in doing so.
3. Ensure you bring the proper vehicle to safely and easily transport your shower.  Keep in mind that all of our steam showers are crated and securly packaged for maximum protection during transportation.  This results in a 5 piece pacakge that weighs on average of 800lbs in total.  Customers with 1/2 ton pick up trucks have succeded in picking up their steam showers but this requires numerous straps to ensure the pieces are securly fastened in place.

FREIGHT TERMINAL PICK UP

The freight network provided by our shipping partners allows us to ship your steam shower to a number of terminals across Canada where it will be held for you to pick up.  This convenient option ensures that customers who don't have a commercial address for delivery or a forklift at their preferred shipping address can still receive their steam shower.  It is also less expensive than a residential delivery or a delivery to a commercial address where a power tailgate is needed to offload the skid.
